there were a million little sets like this in the "midget radio" years
starting about 1932 with the Dewald "Dynette". Yours is a fancier example
of this type set, and dates to probably 1933 or 1934. another brand to look
at is Emerson. It will NOT be RCA, GE, Philco or AK.
