I had Radio Taiwan International (RTI) on 5950 kHz @ 07:50 UTC
with an S-Meter reading of S9 + 10 dB and Very Good Audio.

Radio "A08" Schedule Broadcast Frequencies.

The Reader/Presenter has an English/British Accent -but-
Each time he said UTC : His UTC sounded more like UcC.
