Help identifying devices

I got a couple of stripline boards at a hamfest that contain what I believe
are MMICs but I think they're house-numbered. Both are blue, and have
Motorola logos. One appears to be marked "11L37" and the other "11L66." I
posted pix here:

Thanks for any help in identifying these devices and pointers to datasheets.
