House Votes, 400-21, to Block Media Rule by the F.C.C.

The House voted today to support the reversal of a rule that permits the
nation's biggest TV networks to grow larger.


Well it looks like the new FCC Media rule is being stopped. Does any one think
we can stop the increase of power in BPL applications with this Powell character
still in charge?
I don't think the moron even understands what the hell the radio spectrum is.
