Good post Twistedhed,
Being a CB'er WITH a radio that is pushing extra watts, and is modded, one
of the biggest reason that CB'ers "act stupid" by running huge amounts of
power, as well as all the other crap they do (you know what I am talking
about) is mainly because of a few hammies running down into the base 40
harassing them. I mean think about it, if you have a hammie running 1600W
stomping on the local cb channel. You couldn't talk to another person that
was 6 blocks away without running power. And like hell anyone is going to
let 1 or 2 hammies shut down the local channel.
Now I agree, there are cb'ers and hammie's alike that are just a@@holes who
need to be reported, shut down and be kicked in the nuts.
