Midland 48 Excel UK/EU

I have been looking for over two years for a mod to open up my Midland 48
Excel UK/EU from 25.615mhz to 30.105mhz. Has any one got this mod or know
where I can get it from?

know if its what your looking for. Unfortunately its all in German hope it
helps.
