HOW TO MODIFY A BC350A SCANNER SO IT CAN PICK UP 800MHZ

hey everyone!

I have a uniden BC850A scanner and I was wondering HOW you modify it so it
can pick up frequencies including 800mhz and so on.......

any advice would be much appreciated.
