Default FS: ICOM IC-R5 Scanner Receiver

A beautiful ICOM IC-R5 hand-held scanner receiver.
This unit is as near mint as you can get.
You get the receiver, manual, antenna, soft case, carrying strap, and
original box.
It is a European (UK) version so you know what that means frequency
coverage-wise !!
I will mail it to you (CONUS) for only $180 (firm).
I will take Paypal or money order.

Specs:

The IC-R5 has continuous coverage from 150kHz to 1309.995 MHz with 1000
regular memory channels, 200 auto store channels and 25 search banks. You
are able to make up your own channel names for all memory channels/search
banks and channel recognition is easy ! The IC-R5's LCD display lets you use
numbers, letters or a combination of both when naming channels and banks.
Icom's exclusive Dynamic Memory Scan (DMS) gives you the flexibility to
customize and manage the IC-R5's memory banks the way you want or need.

As with the IC-R2 the IC-R5 requires 2 x AA batteries for internal power
however unlike the previous IC-R2 the new IC-R5 can also be powered from an
external 12v DC Power Source. The DC jack allows for simultaneous battery
charging while operating the radio.

Main Features:
Wide band receiver: 0.150 - 1310 MHz continuous coverage .
Three receive modes: AM, FM and Wide FM
1000 memories for storing favorite channels
25 band edge memories for easy scanning between specified frequencies
Tone squelch operation (CTCSS decode): As used on many radio amateur
repeaters today
Tone squelch scan: Find the tone in use easily
Simple operation with optional software for programming
Uses just two AA batteries or external 12v DC
Power save function including auto shut down to conserve battery life
Compact size: 58(W) x 86(H) x 27(D) mm (projections not included)
Weight: 170 g
PC programmable with CS-R5 software and a suitable interface
