BCT-7 Police Scanner.

My weather channel doesn't work on my Model, Who fixes Scanners??? It
worked Before, but now it doesn't.

I fix them ,

1. Take the cover off

2. Locate where your antenna connection is.

3. Take a pair of wires cutters and cut that lead.

4. Turn every turnable "cans" you see on the board all the way right.

5. Pour epoxy glue on all those so they will not move

6. Now put the cover back on.

7. Drill a hole in the top cover (3/4" should do)

*NOTE* don't worry about the filings they won't hurt!!

8. Put a candle in the hole and light it ( to make the glue stick)

You should be rx'ing NOAA in no time......or maybe not
