Default TH-31 tone board

The pinouts are the same as the Com-Spec TS-32. In my case I mounted
a small dip switch in a hole carefully carved into the lower right
corner of the case front and secured with hotglue. I then used fine
wire flat cable to connect the switch to the tone module. The result
was truly useful.
