It's current dimensions are ~ 11 1/2" x 9 1/2" at the mounting ears. At this point I'm willing to pay pretty well for one. The TV is getting closer and closer to finished, but I can't put it back in the case till I find one of these. TIA --

Can anyone identify what this is? I have been hearing it ever since I started with shortwave radio in the late 1960's. It occurs in various portions of the utility HF spectrum. I have tried to decode w/o sucess. ISH PS Sorry this is not a photo and could be OT
