Sticker shock? by
Brenda Ann[_2_]
My power bill for October:
Basically, anything to the left of a comma can be translated into US$. This
is only the power for my shop and my CATV/MATV headend (day-um, who'dathunk
a rack of modulators would cost so much to run!)

The Move... by

Just one picture of the shop "in transit".
This is about 10% of total being moved.

Can anyone help me find this escutcheon? by
Brenda Ann[_2_]
It's current dimensions are ~ 11 1/2" x 9 1/2" at the mounting ears.
At this point I'm willing to pay pretty well for one. The TV is getting
closer and closer to finished, but I can't put it back in the case till I
find one of these.
TIA

Crosley 9-407 pics by
Brenda Ann[_2_]
Pics of my Crosley set. Don't know why the photo looks more washed out than
the actual TV picture. Focus (of the set) is not perfect, but it is plenty
bright, and this is without a brightner and without rejuvenation. Note: this
CRT works MUCH better WITHOUT the ion trap, so I figure it must be...

Two-Band OSC. COIL by

Hi, In need of one. Have posted in the
Discussion group
rec.antiques.radio+phono.
One of the 2 mounting solder tabs on bottom of coil, also serves as a
ground to chassis.

Free to the first three claimants. by
Brenda Ann[_2_]
I bought way more of these than I will EVER use, so I'm going to offer the
first three to send me an e-mail each 20 of these caps. These are nice
Vishay Sprague 20VLSS10 (.01 at 250VAC) XY safety caps.

WTB: A****er Kent DUD Paper Capacitors by
Dave McClellan
I need any dud A****er Kent paper caps that look like the photo. I
especially would like to find a type coded "203", which is 0.01uf. They may
have green or brown bands. Lead length does not matter since they will be
restuffed anyway. I have an AK that I would like to reverse some previous...

Can anyone identify what this is? I have been hearing it ever since I
started with shortwave radio in the late 1960's. It occurs in various
portions of the utility HF spectrum. I have tried to decode w/o
sucess.
