Default 1200+ BBC WS English on 9740 Khz SINPO 34333

Not great, not bad signal to US west coast at 1200-? on 9740 Khz.

It's getting pretty hard to find any usable frequencies for BBC WS in English, so everything listenable is a treat.

Also try 6195 and 5985(?).

Last I checked (and reposted here), there's a page on bbcworldservice.com
with all the shortwave broadcast schedule.

Thanks, Mark.

From here, the hard part isn't finding what frequencies BBC is broadcasting on, but finding one that's consistently strong enough to listen to at times when I'm at the radio. Since none of the schedules indicate western North America as a target, it's always hit or miss which (usually Asian-targeted) signal is strong.
