Chad apparently left the frequency today at 2230 (vs. possible 2300 yesterday)
after playing their anthem, leaving Croation Radio in the clear which was ID'd
here at 2257 after at least a half hour of non-stop music, some of which was in
English.

Radio Netherlands comes up on the frequency at about 2258 then into Dutch at 2300.
