Time: 1013 wkg HAMMER. Wants to know when 55K will be departing
MIA to the location of the PANTHERS. Second question "mother may I go
below the 24th". Asking for permission to go below 24 degs Lat. That
will put him on the south side of Andros Island (Bahamas).
