Current WISN newscaster and fill-in host Dan O’Donnell will join the stations talk lineup for the Dan O’Donnell Show from 9-11am weekdays. ODonnell has been with WISN since 2013 and previously spent twelve years at crosstown 620 WTMJ. The addition of ODonnell to the WISN lineup comes as Charlie Sykes exits the WTMJ lineup in that daypart at the end of this year. To make room for ODonnell in the WISN lineup Jay Weber will subtract an hour from his morning show and run from 6-9am, Vicki McKenna will move from 10am-12pm to 2-3pm, and Rush Limbaugh will now air live from 11am-2pm as opposed to on a one hour delay. WISN-AM, Milwaukee’s News/Talk Station, today announced the debut of The Dan O’Donnell Show, effective Tuesday, January 3, 2017. The Dan O’Donnell Show will broadcast weekdays from 9 11 a.m. The Dan O’Donnell Show will feature local on-air personality Dan O’Donnell who will entertain Milwaukee listeners with his unique and humorous take on pop culture, national news and current events, as well as reports on local news, traffic and weather. “WISN is blessed with a lineup of extremely strong, popular local talk show hosts,” said Jerry Bott, Program Director for WISN-AM, “Adding someone with Dan’s level of talent is an excellent opportunity to make that lineup even better.” O’Donnell joined WISN-AM in 2013 and is currently a drive-time news anchor, reporter, and a substitute host for all of WISN’s local talk shows. Dan also serves as a Wisconsin Correspondent for FOX News Radio, HLNs The Nancy Grace Show, ABC Radio News, Wall Street Journal Radio Network and CBS Radio News. “For me, this is quite literally a dream come true.
