Hello,

I am wondering what's the state of the art. There are fast and
accurate commercial ADCs
like the Linear LTC2208 (16-bit, 130 Msps) that can digitize shortwave
(not FM) signals directly.
Are there commercial software radios using such devices?

Thanks.

-Martin

For shortwave listening here's one:

For "commercial" stuff here's one:

The TT320 uses an audio ADC.

SDR technology only has leverage at the IF and after.
The ADC is just one component of a system.
A receiver is not based on an ADC.
