Best place to go for frequencies is Radio Reference.

Many locations are switching over to digital so be aware if your Mom has an
analog scanner she may not be able to hear some locations.

Try Radio reference first. It may have some help. They seem to be several
years behind in some places though, so if your area has changed in the last
many years the info may not be right. Good place to try first though.
