The BPL NOI has now moved to the second stage where reply comments can
be submitted to the FCC.

shortwave with interference.

IMPORTANT to read and tell the FCC what is wrong with their comments -
many dismiss the interference issue without any data.

A huge amount of data has been submitted to the FCC that proves beyond
all reasonable doubt that BPL is a gross polluter but more submissions
are needed.
