Default FS: TenTec Omni-D Series B w/PS

For Sale:

Ten Tec Omni-D Series B with matching power
supply. All manuals. Full output on all bands.

See it at:

http://www.greatsurplus.com/page8.html

Scroll down to see the Ten Tec. This thing
as the FASTEST t/r switching (QSK) of any
rig I've ever used - it's totally instant if you
want it to be, even at high CW speeds. Amazing
given the older age of this rig.

Issues: tuning dial slips - needs adjustment
Also, the CW sidetone is raspy.

Otherwise excellent - hot receiver, 120+ watts
out on all bands, including 10 meters. Has 1
Aux band and a 10 MHz band slot that could
be used for WARC coverage if desired.

All manuals included.

$325 plus shipping via UPS from 98466 - will
ship in two boxes - one for supply, one for rig.

Thanks for looking.

The WARC coverage for this rig can not be enabled without the
installation of quite a few bandpass filters - no longer available
from Ten-Tec.

Without them, a major amount of engineering will be necessary to put
the rig on the WARC bands.

BTW, that slipping tuning dial is simply due to the PTO needing a
rebuild. PTO rebuild kits are available for around $20 from Ten-Tec.
