Default External Speaker for your Radio/Receiver - You Can Hear It !

SsD,

External Speaker for the Icom IC-R75 Receiver - You Can Hear It !
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Shortw...a/message/6060
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/icomr75/message/10780

This is some what outdated - But Read Message # 4360 :
"Most Often Recommended External Speakers for the Icom IC-R75"
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/icomr75/message/4360

FWIW - The Icom IC-R75 Receiver only has a Mono-Phonic
{Single Channel } Audio Output that is rated at Two (2) Watts.
So a pair of Powered Computer {Stereo} Speakers will only
provide you with Mono Sound.

NOTE - The Two (2) Watts of Audio Output of the Icom IC-R75
Receiver is enough to power a single 4" to 6" Speaker and
fill the room with a reasonable level of good quality audio
sound.

TIP - Using one speaker from a pair of Book Shelf Speakers or
the non-powered Speaker from a pair of old Computer Speakers
will work with the Icom IC-R75 Receiver.
