They're back! Tuned in at 0845 to hear an argument about whether the
shootings in Ottawa were terrorist or not. Usual liberal BS.

Thanks to tip by GH who indicated they came up yesterday afternoon. I had
checked for them yesterday morning.

QSL manager for CFRX, tells us that the transmitter, which had been off
the air for quite a while, has been repaired and is running into a dummy
load to make sure everything is working properly. The plan is to switch
it over to the antenna next week. Hopefully, it will be heard despite
RHC having recently taken over its 6070 frequency. Now, wouldn't it be a
show of good faith on the part of RHC to move to another frequency?
(Mark Coady, Sept 22, ODXA YRX via DXLD)

RHC is scheduled 23-04 UT. Other main 6070 clash is V. of Korear in
Japanese, 0900-1250 (maybe with breaks before hourtops). Aoki also shows
R. Capital, Rio, Brasil, 24h but I don`t think it`s active. And VOA São
Tomé at 2000-2030 only, not a problem over here (Glenn Hauser, DX
LISTENING DIGEST)

I just have to comment on the BS. The thought was that the shooter and the
individual who ran over the soldiers earlier probably felt 'disenfranchised'
and that they 'didn't fit in'.

I say, if that is the case, who the hell is forcing the vermin to stay?
Self-deport. Or is it the case of the purse being open, and no benefits
forthcoming somewhere else?

Toss the assholes.

Just finished reading a book entitled " Fiasco: The American Military
Adventure in Iraq, 2003 to 2005" by Thomas E. Ricks.

Basically about, well, what a fiasco the Iraq "war" was (is) and how
George W and his gang of thieves (Cheney, Pearle, Wolfowitz and
Rumsfeld) manipulated us into it.

Interesting book backed up with tons of facts and documentation, but
what struck me most was the following:

In the epilog, Ricks gives 3 potential conclusions to the Iraq war
(remember this was written in 2006). He gives a potential "good"
outcome, a neutral one and a bad one. Finally, he gives a fourth outcome
that he calls a "nightmare" outcome -- a pan-Arabic caliphate -- exactly
what ISIS is and what is happening right now. Remember, he wrote this in
2006. Did the guy have a crystal ball or what?

Once again, Thank You George W and Company. Hell of a job, Georgie! :-(

Mirza Masroor Ahmad is the official caliph of one group. There is a photo of him and Prime Minister Stephen Harper during opening of the biggest mosque in Canada. Now this is mind boggling...

No, he was just guessing. If that were the ONLY outcome he came up with, then
he may have had a 'crystal ball'.

But, he covered all the bases, and fooled you into thinking he was some kinda
genius.

Unfortunately, you missed the point. It seems the subtlety was lost on you.

The main point was not that he is a "genius" with a crystal ball, but
rather who'd a even thunk of a "pan-Arabic caliphate" in 2006 and
realize even then that it would be a NIGHTMARE -- which unfortunately,
it is.

As always, "Heck of a job, Georgie".

The point is not that he had -- or didn't have -- a "crystal ball."
The point is that this war had a nightmare outcome, very similar to
the worst possible outcome the author could envision.

If the Western world had tended to its own interests, instead of the
interests of the largely-Jewish oligarchs, there would probably be
1) no conflict with the Islamic world and 2) no Muslim immigration
and 3) close to zero terrorism.

With all good wishes,

Kevin Alfred Strom.

He happens to be right.

Really? I think he's full of it. First of all, if Kokomo Joe thinks that
author dreamed up the idea of a pan-Arabic caliphate, or pan-islamic
caliphate he is sadly mistaken. That has been floating around for probably
more than a thousand years.

Secondly, I take whatever Strom says with a grain or two of salt. He is
after all a convicted pedophile (he plead guilty).
