Default Transformer Wire = Magnet Wire as a a Light-Weight Antenna Wire {Hidden] Stealth Antenna

JW,

Transformer Wire = Magnet Wire is usually Solid Copper
Wire with a thin Enamel Coating and can work well as
a Light-Weight Antenna Wire {Hidden] Stealth Antenna.

TIP - When your Rig the Antenna. You might consider
using some left-over Fishing Line to Rig the Wire
Up-to-the-Tree Limb -but- Not Touching the Tree Limb.
The Magnet Wire from a Transformer will work OK as a
Stealth Antenna in all types of Weather provided that
it does not get grounded out by Wet Weather to the Tree.
So having 3-5 Feet of Nylon Fishing Line between the
Tree and the End of the Wire helps to Insulate {Isolate}
the Wire from the Tree and the Ground. Once you Rig
the Wire and Fish Line a 4-8 Ounce Fish Weight
Suspended-in-the-Air at the End of the Fishing Line
will allow for the movement of the Tree especially
since Thin Magnet Wire Breaks Easily - S N A P -

TIP - For the last Foot of the Antenna Wire nearest to
the House {Building} join Knot and Solder the Magnet
Wire to a 3-5 Foot piece of Insulated Hook-Up Wire.
Run the Hook-Up Wire through a Plastic Drinking Straw
and position the Hook-Up Wire and Plastic Drinking Straw
so that the Window closes-on-them and Locks-them-in-Place.

hope this helps - iane ~ RHF
