Default UI-View software

Hello all,

Has any one had a problem trying to change there longitude and
latitude settings?Found out my settings had wrong number for my home
address.I've tried to change them but software won't let me!!Any
thoughts?

Paul,

There should not be a problem with someone changing their Latitude and
Longitude. First guess is that you are using the wrong format, which
the program is rejecting. See the help file. If that isn't it, what
error message or result are you getting?

The next guess, rather unlikely, is that the UIVIEW32.INI file which
contains that information has gotten marked as read only. Note that
the file stores the information in a different format than you enter
from the program.

I will also recommend the UI-VIEW32 support forum
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/ui-view/ which is excellent at solving
all levels and types of problems.
