Maybe they are using this beauty from France. I would love to see this thing
rotate 180 degrees -- but from a distance!

Yep. Every house has a backyard. Even over here ... Have a few 'friendly' raccoons visiting us once in a while. They go out in pairs,in general,late at night . They hate stray cats and squirrels and usually tear them apart,if caught by surprise...
