This set is a 4 tube (plus a ballast) TRF set. No regen.

Tube compliment is:

6K7, 6J7, 43, 25Z5 and ballast 185R8

I THINK it may be a Halson 80M, but can't find anything on that model at
all. Many similar chassis out there. The Halson MG-5 is almost identical
electrically, but uses a different ballast and no pilot lights.

What's odd is Lafayette had a set with that tube lineup called the
J-14 Major
www.radiomuseum.org/r/lafayette_j_14_major.html

They also mention that Pla-Pal Radio Company used the same chassis
with a different cabinet.
