Default Decal help

This is a picture of lettering before the cabinet was refinished. The other
side has the same lettering for PHONO - PUSHBUTTON - BROADCAST - SHORT WAVE.
I'm having a heck of a time reproducing this with decals. I can produce the
decals no problem and even found the correct font, but when applied to the
radio the gold lettering on the decal just disappears against the brown
finish. Any ideas?

Jeff,

I don't know how wide your tape measure is, so I can't tell how high the
lettering is. Here are some I have, but the lettering is only 1/8" tall.
There is no 'Pushbutton', would 'Band Selector' work in its place?

If all else fails and you can us these, let me lnow.

Stewart

Yep, that's what I'll end up doing. Thanks.

I suppose it still leaves open the question about what to do if I wanted to
reproduce a logo or something other than generic words. It really makes
you think twice before refinishing a cabinet, if you can't reproduce a logo
decal.

See the posting about the rub-on transfer kit.
