How did you manage to obtain stuff as rare as Saddan's WMD? By the way, know any other suckers interested in second-hand, 10-feet coils of radiation resistance? Guaranteed to work the DX! ;o) |

Don't any of you SWR experts have anything to say?

Sorry, being a 7th day Buddhist it is against my religion to discuss SWR
indicating devices. "Reg Edwards" wrote in message ... Don't any of you SWR experts have anything to say? =========================== "Steve Nosko" wrote - I was assuming between the load and meter "Reg Edwards" wrote - Where is the transmission line on which the SWR is measured by the meter? |
If I really wanted to measure VSWR I'd use a slotted line with a probe
and adjustable geometry for the line's Zo settings. Hmmm ... how long is 3/8 wavelengths on 160 meters?? Only 195 feet! Hon, I need to build an extension for the ham shack!! :-) If I want to see how my rig is getting out I work a few stations. If I want to start a flame war I use my CN-101L or built in meter VSWR meters :-) DD, W1MCE Reg Edwards wrote: Don't any of you SWR experts have anything to say? |
