So, what calculators do you like best?

I am with you Tom, I like / prefer the HP calculators and have used
them since before the portable models you mentioned.

Right now, I have a HP42S with me on holidays, but I usually use a
'48GX at home.

You may have seen my adaptation of Clint Eastwood's quote when someone
asks me "who says so", and I reply "me, and two of my friends, Mr
Hewlett and Mr Packard".

However, I use a calculator for only a small percentage of problems
solving nowadays, there are better tools for most problems. I don't
have to reach far for a HP calculator, wouldn't be without it, but
most of the work is done using other tools.
