Is DSB with carrier still used on the ham bands?. I recently dug an old
transmitter I made back in 1970. The plans at the time was set up a low power AM FCC licensed radio station operating in the broadcast band. We had no idea what we were doing except we got the transmitter built. For grins and giggles I fired the thing up and it works just fine. Is anything still happening on 160m AM. I lose track of whats going on because I am in and out of radio these days. over the last few years mostly out |
