dipole antenna using "chip antennas"
hello,
i'd like to have a compact horizontally polarized dipole antenna that that uses chip antennas(i like to extract its figure 8 pattern). im planning to have them lie side by side like a typical dipole setup... any suggestions, comments , or recommendations? thanks electro |

Yeah, look up Chip, the fractal guy, his call escapes me at the moment
but quick search will find him... denny electro wrote: hello, i'd like to have a compact horizontally polarized dipole antenna that that uses chip antennas(i like to extract its figure 8 pattern). im planning to have them lie side by side like a typical dipole setup... any suggestions, comments , or recommendations? thanks electro |

thanks denny..
but probably you have some ideas about this that you may share.. thanks! hi ralf,
im intending to use it in the unlicensed 2.4GHz using at 1W maximum power... thanks! Ralf Ballis - DL2MRB wrote: electro wrote: any suggestions, comments , or recommendations? Chip antennas ? that I know, are conceptual monopoles. With an balun could
build an open dipole. Using of diversity is a useful way to compensate polarity and directional divergences in an array of them. So the question is, why it must be a dipole? Regards, Ralf -- Vy 73 es 55 de Ralf, DL2MRB |
