Default N1LO HF mobile antenna part question

I'm planning on building the N1LO HF mobile antenna as outlined at:

http://www.qsl.net/n1lo/mobilhf.pdf

As part of the coil fabrication, he describes "gromment strips" used to
hold the coil together. A McMaster-Carr part number 85085K8 is
referenced for the grommet strip. The McMaster-Carr website does not show
this part number as a grommet strip, but rather as a nylon edge trim, and
not serrated. In fact, a search of the McMaster site does not reveal
anything described as the "grommet strip".

I did manage to find grommet strips listed at other sites, but since I
wish to place an order for other items from McMaster, I'd like to get the
grommet strips from them too.

Can anyone shed any light on this?

Tnx

There is a hotmail address for N1LO at
the very end of the link you posted. You
might try that.

I've emailed him on our local club
reflector suggesting that he post a
response to you on the newsgroup or that
he send me his current email address,
which I'll pass on to you, Ed.

Thanks, Chuck. I now see that I overlooked the hotmail email address
for him and have resent my query to that address. If your efforts
generate a response from him, so much the better.

Thanks again.

I've had no response either. One last
shot in the dark might be .
Might work if he's a member.
