The question is, in what direction(s) and elevation angles will it
radiate on each band, and are those directions in which you want to talk
with someone?

Tell me the loop configuration (apex up or down), where it will be fed
along the circumference of the loop, local geography, nearby
structures, ground conductivity & height above ground & I'll give you a
rough idea.

There will be some interaction.
One small point. You will need to resonate the longest loop first and then
so on.
Another point , for 4 loops , you could use a stacking harness such as would
be used to stack 4 yagi beams . Then go from it to the 1/4 wave matching
sections. Just a thought.
