Default VHF/UHF Experiment -

Been out of the game for awhile, and starting to get back into the ham thing
again. Looking to do some playing on 6M, 2M and 70cm - using low power
around 5 watt max - maybe as high as 10w. My old yagis have been storm
damaged and the wx is not the best for antennea work, so here is what i
would like to try.

Using a TV vhf/uhf log periodic as the antennea, fed with RG6 - question is
how much pwer can those small TV type baluns handle? Anyone out there
tried this set up? Not expecting great results, just something to play with
.. Have tuners for 6 and 2M, can rig sopmething for 70cm.

Any and all comments welcome.
