Sounds like another perpetual motion machine. We have one locally,
purely hydraulic. Of course, it does have a plug to the power grid, which drives an "inconsequential" circulating pump. No question that the inventor is firmly convinced it is real, and that it is just a matter of time before he can get it to power that circulating pump.
