Well, I have been told the tennis racket shaped can serve as a turning
web, and in CATV systems it sort of a
"slack eliminator" because solid core cable expands and contracts
differently. I also think that the boxes are too close
together in some parts of the city to be mini cells, although I must
admit that is what I thought they are at first.
The scary thing is that the antennas in some locations are extremely
close to 13,000 volt lines. Oh, and I mentioned the
communications department and the city attorney because I just happen
to know them both. Thanks for your time,
