FM Antenna/Frequency Interference
I have Radio Shack's best outdoor FM antenna, a rotor, and an inline
amplifier. I am trying to improve reception of a FM station about 110 miles away at 91.1 FM. A station 20 miles away at 91.3FM interferes with clear reception. I have tried several indoor FM radios(analog & digital) and can "poorly" tune 91.1FM in at one direction on the antenna. But, however, on the car radio 91.1 FM comes in "very good" in the immediate area. What can I do to improve the indoor reception? Thanks. |

I've got a simaler situation, trying to receive a distant FM station with a local only 100Khz, (0.1 Mhz) away. Don't know if these will help. http://www.geocities.com/toddemslie/...ncellation.htm http://www.anarc.org/wtfda/stagger.pdf http://www.kyes.com/antenna/stacking.html http://pages.cthome.net/fmdx/phase.html http://www.dishplace.com/product_inf...oducts_id/1590 |
