Blame it on Ebay sellers tactics in the newsgroups. Flooding newsgroups with their sales, crossposting all over the place, changing headers to get around filters - FA has always been the suggested way to start an ebay listing, which is easy to filter, but must have been too much trouble for some. Add to that that at least a few of us have been badly ripped off on Ebay, I could leave negative feedback - yeah, there's a recourse. hopefully it is understandable that some of us would rather keep auction ads off a newsgroup that isn't about buying or selling things. - 73 de Mike N3LI - |
