sci.physics.electromag NEEDS YOU!

All you experts, there are confused posters on sci.physics.electromag that
need your assistance! Go take a look at some of these threads and please
lend them some of your infinite knowledge:
For everyone: How Far Away from Your Body Should Your Computer Be?
For those of you confusing Gauss with other things: Electrostatic Induction
A special one for Art: MOST Electrons UN-charged
Cecil needed for this one: can we see the electromagnetic spectrum?
I have no idea what this guy means: Faraday's law of induction.

There's enough trolling going on in this ng without folks going off to
look for more time wasting diversions.

Yeah. Besides, are you really sure you want to inflict the r.r.a.a.denizens
on some other newsgroup?

I remember the days when we'd have to go clear to the park in San
Francisco to hear the guy standing on the box ranting about his pet
theories. And now we can do it with the click of a mouse in the comfort
of our homes. Ain't technology marvelous!

We're filling up our minds with garbage
Garbage, garbage, garbage, garbage, garbage
What will we do when there's nothing left to read
And there's nothing left to need
And there's nothing left to watch
And there's nothing left to touch
And there's nothing left to walk upon
And nothing left to ponder on
Nothing left to see
And nothing left to be but . . .
Garbage, garbage, garbage, garbage, garbage

it just sounds like they could use some of the inifinite wisdom that gets
spewed on here. some of the perpetual blowhards on here would fit right in
with that group. And Art may even be a candidate for
alt.sci.physics.new-theories. His ideas are as good or better than most of
them that get posted on there!

just for Art here is a quote from the un-charged electron thread:

UN-CHARGED ELECTRONS

It is PRETTY OBVIOUS, from observation and
experiment, that static electricity BEHAVES MUCH
DIFFERENTLY than current electricity. The real reason
for this, according to the comprehensive GENERAL UNIFIED
Theory of the Physical Universe developed by the late
Physicist Dewey B. Larson, is that static electrons are
charged, while most electrons flowing through a wire at
low or moderate voltage are UN-CHARGED.

Static electrons VIGOROUSLY REPEL each other. If
current electrons flowing through a wire behaved like
that, then they would all REPEL each other toward the
OUTSIDE of the wire and flow ONLY along its OUTER
SURFACE. This would make the conductance of a wire
proportional to its CIRCUMFERENCE. But the conductance
is in fact proportional to CROSS-SECTIONAL AREA,
indicating that current electrons flow throughout the
ENTIRE VOLUME of the wire. "Skin effect" shows up ONLY
with radio-frequency alternating current, and for
reasons related to the inductance of the wire (induced
back-emf at the center of the wire) rather than from any
charges. "Skin effect" is essentially ZERO at 0
frequency (DC).

The solution to the mystery of the vacuum tube is
that electrons on the cathode are GIVEN a charge by the
hot filament, and then most of them GIVE UP their charge
when striking the plate, thereby heating it up, the
charge being converted back to heat. (The "law" of
conservation of charge is ERRONEOUS. Electric charges
can be EASILY created or destroyed.)

UN-charged electrons are MASS-LESS.

Voltage is really a PRESSURE on electrons, which
occupy space in a wire, and resist compression, like
water molecules in a pipe.

Hi Dave -

We apparently each have our own approach for trying to quash the
spewing of claptrap science on r.r.a.a. I wish you better luck with
yours than I've had with mine.

Reflected EM waves existing without energy is one of
the bigger claptrap science concepts on this newsgroup.

i tried your method... decided instead to just plonk all those guys and just
watch your and maybe one or two other logical responders. give up, it won't
work, learn to use the kill file and enjoy the peace and quiet.
