Stealth antenna idea

I haven't been monitoring the group for a while. Wondering if anyone
has considered two screwdriver type antennas mounted horizontal in a
dipole fashion in the attic and appropriate control to acheive a
tuneable attic dipole. stealth in CCR is the motivation.
