I am looking for information on how to build a W9INN 42' dipole that is
supossed to cover 10-15-20-40 meters. I understand that he is a silent key
and that his antennas worked great. Googled and found a lot of information
but nothing on measurments or how to build one.

Couldn't have been that great then.

Look up G5RV and you will find plans till the cows come home, a life
history, and all the lore that could fill a library - and it isn't all
that great either.

Try an extended double zepp for 10 meters it works on 10-40 with a tuner .

A G5RVjr will perform slightly better on 40m and
also perform well on 20m, 10m, and 6m.

Best way to build one of those is to reverse engineer one,

I don't see where there is any posting of his disigns either.

I suspect the traps are simple HiQ traps made from PVC and 14 Guage
Magnet wire.

Hi Richard,

If you are talking about reverse engineering a lattin, that would be
as satisfying as taking DNA samples from ghosts - it all hinges on
finding one first.

There are enough examples on the Internet - too many, in fact, to say
which is "authoritative." Doesn't matter as they are probably all
equally incapable of meeting the general claim. Simply choose one,
scale it from the bands it covers to those you want covered (yeah,
easier said than done if it doesn't work in the first place).

Has anyone tried to build just a dual-bander?
