Yagi near ground high lobe pattern...
After some time spend with an antenna simulator and changing yagi height
above the virtual simulated ground there seemed to be a minimum of high angle lobes at 80..90 degr. when the antenna height reached 2 wavelength above the virtual ground... This effect probably remain the same in each 2 wavelengths up.. ? Just curious is the effect real, useful or detectable in real world or used somewhere in ham world ? br Kari B |
