feedback requested from pickup truck owners on antenna brackets
 

Greetings,

I’m looking for pickup truck owners who would be willing to provide
measurements for, and feedback on, three prototype heavy-duty brackets
for mounting HF antennas to pickup truck beds.

The brackets a (1) front bed wall bracket with lay-back feature for
large screwdriver/motorized antennas; (2) stake pocket bracket for
large antennas; and (3) long bracket for multiple antennas that
extends across the entire width of the bed and is attached to two
stake pockets.

Your input would help me to obtain information on a variety of makes
and models of trucks, and to get feedback on what may work well, or
not, on your particular truck. I’ve gotten some information from
manufacturers’ web sites, but additional “real world” information is
important for good product design!
