Gary,
The 'spark gap' type arrestor is about the most worthless you could possibly use. More than one reason for that, the simplest being that by the time it ever bridges that 'gap', it's already gotten to the radio (path of least resistance). Diverting 'some' of that lightning strike is probably better than none though, maybe. Good luck. - 'Doc |
