if it was fed with its rated power what would be the voltage at the base?
at the top? measured between your ears if you were 5' away?

if it were being driven at the peak power output of the last amp in the
bottom table on this page: http://www.davemade.com/mobile.htm which part
would melt down first? and once it did melt down what would be the peak
voltage on the feedline?
