you might want to try the mfj reading again at the coax going into the tuner. *the length of the line and the impedance lumps from the relays in the tuner will transform the impedance going through the tuner even in bypass mode. *while the difference may be small on the low bands it could be significant on the higher bands. Maybe a little better agreement, but still too many variables and uncertainties in the instruments I have to expect much better.
