Looking for a Rohn H70 or H50 telescoping mast

I am looking for a rohn h70 but a h50 telescoping mast will do. I am
thinking about put the mast on the roof of my house in Houston to do some
major dxing. who would I go about doin this and would their be any height
restrictions.
