What is the correct angle of the ground legs down of the horizontal
plane in order to get 50 ohm at the feed point ?

Thanks a lot !

About 45 degrees.

the answer is: 'it depends'. on the number of radials, their diameter, the
vertical radiator diameter, height above ground, etc, etc, etc... my
recommendation is to build it and bend until you are happy.

Agreed, my home made loft mounted 4m groundplane has two radials and
it was simple job to get a perfect match using the MFJ259 and some
gentle bending.

Yeah, but if you start at about 45 degrees, you will likely have a lot
less bending to do, if any at all.
