Heath VHF SWR meter for sale

I have a Heath HM-2102 VHF SWR meter 50-160 MHz
0-25 and 0-250 watts. Very good condition.

I'm *asking* $40 plus shipping.

Henry, the reason that you don't see many "for sale" postings on this
newsgroup is that it is against the newsgroup guidelines. For Sale
stuff should go on rec.radio.swap.

I have two of them one of which I will need to repair. They were not
on the market long. The scuttlebutt at the time was that the Bird Watt
meter folks made a visit to Heathkit to discuss the device and Heath
stopped producing them immediately. The consents (no evidence) was
that it violated patents. They work very well!

I used mine continuously in an ATV set up with 439mhz home brew
transmitters. The reflected power position is a lot lower than 25
watts so it is simple to measure considerably lower power by just
using it backwards. Someone needs to give it a good home!

Are you sure it is limited to 160 MHz? My use was primarily 439mhz.

Or may be I have it all wrong?
