you can oppose gravity, but you cannot neutralize it.
Let's compare the force of gravity of earth to the force of electromagnetic interaction of electrons: Take a balloon, rub it against your hair, put the balloon close to the ground, pick up an ant with electromagnetic interaction, Gravity loses.
