End Effect on folded dipoles/monopoles?

Now that it`s posted, I see I moved Cecil back to 6-land. That would be
unfortunate and I apologize. Happily, Cecil is now back in Texas where
he can comingle with the Sidewalk Cattlemen, I believe.
